• Photos: uploaded photos are re-processed on our server, which removes embedded metadata such as GPS location.
• Technical information: to prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address and your browser type. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
• Analytics (optional): if analytics is enabled and you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and actions such as starting a quote. We do not use session recording, and we never send form contents to analytics providers. If you decline, analytics does not load.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote and schedule service.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your request.
• To protect our website from spam and misuse.
• To understand and improve how our website works (only with your consent for analytics).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as website hosting, secure data storage and email delivery — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records, then delete them.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
